BD111 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the BD111 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the member and BD111. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
